• No, you won’t be able to win multiples of the same item, for example, that two same trinkets drop. While you can roll "Need" on both of them, winning one will remove your roll from the other
  
  

Can I get mythic raid item that I already own?

• Only if the dropped item has a additional stats or sockets, that roll would be possible, because those are upgrades
  
  

Is it possible to share items received by the roll?

• After winning the roll, items remain fully tradeable without restrictions to any player that was eligible as a looter
  
  

Can I get loot from mythic bosses I have already killed during this reset?

• No, if you have already killed boss on mythic difficulty within a week, you can't loot it because the need/greed bar won't appear for you
