What does the timer mean in mythic plus dungeons WoW?

Once the key is activated, a timer starts and your goal is to defeat all the bosses in the dungeon, as well as a certain amount of trash before the Mythic+ timer expires. Only the Mythic Keystone that was activated will be updated depending on how long you complete the dungeon. The keys of the rest of the players in the group will not change.

Beating the timer - rewards the person who used their Keystone with a new, higher-level Keystone of a different dungeon and the party with 2 pieces of loot at an appropriate iLvl.
Missing the timer but complete the dungeon - Mythic Keystone will point to a different dungeon that is one level lower than the one you just used and 1 piece of loot.

How does Mythic+10 loot system work in WoW Dragonflight?

After completing a Mythic+10 dungeon run, a chest containing loot will appear that is available to all players in the group.
The loot that drops is personal, so each player should loot the chest to see what rewards they received.
One or two pieces of loot with an item level of 418 are guaranteed, which will be randomly assigned to one or two players.
These items will be appropriate to the class-spec of the player who receives them and can be traded to other eligible players in the party if they are not an iLvl upgrade for the player who won them.
Additionally, players who have completed at least one Mythic+10 run during the previous week will have access to the Great Vault, which provides a weekly reward with an item level of 424.
