How to Get WoW Dream Energy

• Dream Energy is a discreet resource located within the currency tab, and it remains unmentioned in the chat log upon acquisition. The primary source of information about this resource is Elianna Dream Infusion tutorial, a feature unlocked account-wide by attaining the In Touch With Nature perk after reaching Renown 5 with the Dream Wardens.
• It's important to note that the currency cap for Dream Energy is set at 7000. Upon accumulating enough Dream Energy to reach this cap, the Dream Infusion quest becomes accessible via Elianna. Completing this quest rewards you with one Dream Infusion and resets your Dream Energy count. However, should you amass sufficient energy to reach the cap again on the same day, the quest won't be available until the following day, temporarily halting your energy accumulation.
• Different activities yield varying amounts of Dream Energy, ranging from 2 to 1000 units. Given the 7000-unit cap, it is advisable to avoid participating in activities that provide larger energy gains when you are already close to reaching the cap to prevent any wastage.
